4. Donations All donations made through the Site are final and non-refundable, unless a genuine error was made by Agape Church, Foundation, and Trust or our payment processors. In the event of an error, you must contact us within 30 days of the donation. All donations are voluntary and are not a payment for goods or services, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., event registration fees).
5. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be first attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Suphan Buri Province, Thailand.
